Beef Turnovers image

Found this in a church cookbook I checked out from the local Library.Great way to use up leftovers!I did try it with a can of roasted beef,not to bad.One of these days I wiil see how they taste w/leftover turkey or chicken.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cup(s) chopped roast beef
3 ounce(s) softened cream cheese
2 tablespoon(s) sweet relish
1 - small onion,chopped
1 can(s) (8count)cresent rolls
- bread crumbs, seasoned
2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted

Steps:

  • Combine beef,cheese,relish and onion in a bowl and mix well.
  • Unroll cresent rolls,form 4 squares.Spoon equal portions of filling into center of each square.Fold over to create triangle and seal edges.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet,brush with melted butter,sprinkle with bread crumbs.Bake at 350* for 20 min.until golden brown.
