BEEF TENDERLOIN WITH A GORGONZOLA CREAM SAUCE image

1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup demi glaze
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese
Salt
Pepper
Two 8-10 ounce cut beef tenderloins

Steps:

  • Season tenderloins with salt and pepper. Cook tenderloins to desiered tempature In a small saute pan add heavy cream and demi glaze . Let reduce for about two minuets or until mixture is reduced to about 3/4. After reduction add the gorgonzola cheese and mix until all the cheese is melted. The sauce should be a thicker cream sauce. Pour sauce on a plate to about a 5 inch circle. Place Steak on top and enjoy.
