Beef Roast (Mock Prime Rib) image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 (5-pound) boneless beef rump roast
1 can beef broth
1 (1-ounce) package au jus gravy mix
1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix

Steps:

  • Place roast in slow cooker. Mix beef broth, au jus mix, and dressing mix. Pour over roast. Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low setting. Broth may be thickened for gravy.
