Steps:
- 1. Spray large non-stick skillet with spray and set over high heat until drop of water sizzles. Add garlic, ginger, and jalepeno; stir fry until fragrant, about 1 minute. 2. Add beef strips and stir fry until browned. Add scallions and snow peas, stir fry about 1 minute. Add the broth, soy sauce, sherry and sugar; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer about 2 minutes. 3. Combine cornstarch and water and whisk until smooth. Add cornstarch mixture to stir fry and cook until thickened, about 30 seconds. Serve over rice.
