Beef Fajita Skewers image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound boneless beef top sirloin, sliced into 1-inch cubes
8 wooden skewers, soaked in water
1 green pepper, cut into wedges
1 red or yellow pepper, cut into wedges
2 onions, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
1 salt to taste

Steps:

  • Thread beef cubes onto 4 skewers; thread peppers and onions onto remaining skewers. Combine lime juice and salad dressing; brush over skewers. Grill over hot coals or on a medium-hot grill, turning occasionally, 7 to 9 minutes for beef and 12 to 15 minutes for vegetables. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
