Steps:
- -Thinly slice Beef into 1" wide rectangles, ensuring you remove as much fat as possible. -Season slices on both sides with salt, cumin and white pepper. -Thinly slice garlic -Chop enitre scallions -Pour lemon juice into a mixing bowl. -Submerge slices into lemon juice arrangeing them loosely with garlic and scallions -Pour Whiskey on top -Cover bowl with plastic wrap, place in refridgerator for at least 3 Hr. -Mix ingredients in the bowl prior to serving -Serve beef slices on toasted slices of pumpernickle with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil -Chop cilantro for a last touch garnish.
