1 lb Beef (i.e., Sirloin), thinly sliced
Marinade Sauce:
3 tbs soy sauce
3 tbs water
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs honey
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs toasted sesame seeds
2 chopped green onions
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Slice 1 pound of beef thinly 2. Marinate beef in the marinade sauce for at least 2 hours and keep it in the refrigerator. 3. Cook it on a pan or a grill, and transfer to a plate or a cast iron plate to serve. 4. Sprinkle chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds
