Steps:
- In 12 inch skillet cook ground beef with 1 tsp. of chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. Drain once brown. Stir in salsa, beans, corn, tomato sauce and chili powder. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to med-low. Cover and cook for 15 - 20 min. Sprinkle cheese over individual bowls. Serve with Corn Bread. Note: If you do not love meat you can use only a 1/2 lb. beef then a full pound.
