Steps:
- Dredge meat in flour, brown in fry pan in butter. When brown, add onions, garlic and seasonings. Melt bouillon cubes in heated water. Add to meat mixture. Cover and simmer for one hour until tender. Remove from pan. Let sit for 10 min. and cut into slices. Return to pan. Meanwhile, boil water and add 4 oz. medium wide noodles for 10 min. or until tender. When ready to serve, mix horseradish with sour cream. Add to meat mixture just before serving.
