Beef and Mango Kabobs image

Steak, fruit and veggies chill out in a piquant marinade before being threaded onto skewers to make these family-pleasing kabobs.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 onion, cut into wedges
1 cup fresh mango chunks (1 inch)
1 cup red pepper chunks (1 inch)
3/4 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Steps:

  • Thread first 4 ingredients alternately onto 8 skewers; place in shallow dish.
  • Pour dressing over kabobs; turn to evenly coat kabobs. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Drain kabobs; discard marinade. Grill kabobs 15 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Serve over rice.
