Beef and Cream Cheese Roll Ups image

These are insanely good. the cream cheese off sets the saltiness of the beef, and the gherkin adds an unexpected crunch. I make these all the time and the recipe was given to my by a very dear friend more than 30 years ago

Number Of Ingredients 3

4.50 oz ( 2- 2.25 ounce) jar dried beef slices
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp.
24 small sweet gherkins

Steps:

  • 1. Spread each slice of beef with about 2 teaspoons cream cheese.
  • 2. Put a sweet gherkin in the middle.
  • 3. Roll up and slice crosswise.
