Steps:
- 1. Place the oil in a Dutch oven. Brown the meat with the green onions. Add the spices, marinara, and tomato paste.
- 2. Pour in the beef broth. Bring to a boil and add the cauliflower rice. Reduce to a simmer and cook 15 minutes. Add the red wine vinegar and spinach and cook 5 minutes.
