This recipe was given to me by my cousin Becky who, honestly, could have rivaled many chefs. It makes a wonderful addition to a holiday dinner and for large gatherings I sometimes make two.

Steps:
- Slice bread into 16 slices, NOT all the way through to the bottom.
- Mix butter, onion, mustard and seeds. Spread mixture onto slices (both sides.)
- Stuff with cheeses and top with bacon pieces.
- Wrap loaf with aluminum foil around sides and bottom, only.
- Bake at 325F degrees for 20 minutes or until bread is hot and cheese is completely melted.
