BEACH POUND CAKE image

Yield 1 cake

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 sticks of butter
1 stick of margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
3 cups sugar
6 medium eggs
3 cups cake flour (sifted)
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Steps:

  • Have all ingredients at room temperature for 2 hours or more. Beat butter and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add cream cheese and vanilla and beat. Blend in flour. Place in greased and floured Bundt pan. Place in a cold oven, turn temperature to 300. Leave in oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cool 15-20 minutes and remove from pan.
