BBQ Salmon Bacon Sandwich image

Salmon brushed with BBQ sauce and grilled to perfection makes this an almost-perfect sandwich. (For perfect-perfect, just add bacon.)

4 salmon fillets, skin removed (1 lb.)
1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
4 whole wheat rolls, split
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked
4 romaine lettuce leaves

Steps:

  • Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat. Brush salmon fillets with 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.
  • Grill 10 to 12 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once.
  • Spread bottom of rolls with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Top each with salmon fillet, bacon slice, lettuce leaf and top half of roll.
