BBQ Pulled Pork Burger Recipe - (4.5/5) image

Burger:
1 pound lean ground beef
Salt, if desired
Pepper, if desired
Toppings:
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli Yellow American
1 1/3 cups prepared creamy coleslaw
1 cup pulled pork in barbecue sauce, warmed
1/2 cup French-fried onions
4 potato hamburger buns

Steps:

  • Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Form ground beef into 4 patties; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Place patties onto grill. Grill, turning once, 10-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F and meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; continue grilling until cheese is melted. Place 1/3 cup coleslaw onto bottom half of each bun. Top each with 1 burger, 1/4 cup pulled pork, 2 tablespoons French-fried onions and top half of bun.
