Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Lightly grease a muffin pan.
- 2. Combine the beef, sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and garlic powder. Stir in red pepper and onions.
- 3. Press biscuits into bottom and up sides of greased muffin cups.
- 4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture into each cup.
- 5. Sprinkle with cheese.
- 6. Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden and topping is bubbly. Enjoy!...These are so yummy! Note: If you like your peppers and onion really soft...brown them in with the burger. I like them as is, as you can taste them much better putting them in raw, and I think they are cooked just right.
