BBQ Ham & Cheese-Stuffed Meatloaf image

Thinly sliced ham adds a smoky deliciousness to this BBQ-sauced stuffed meatloaf.

2 lb. lean ground beef
15 saltine crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
6 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
1/4 lb. OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, eggs, onions, garlic, pepper and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce just until blended.
  • Place meat mixture into 11x8-1/2-inch rectangle on sheet of waxed paper; top with ham and cheese, spreading ingredients to within 1-1/2 inches of edges. Roll up tightly, starting at one short side and pulling away waxed paper as meat is rolled. Place, seam side down, on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 48 to 50 min. or until done (160ºF), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce after 40 min. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 min. before cutting into 8 slices.
