This pizza is amazing! Found the recipe in a cool new cook book I found called Eat This Not That; one of my co-workers brought the book to me to look at. Made it last night for dinner and it even got the hubby's approval. It's a simply family friendly recipe that is sure to tickle everyone's taste buds...(okay, I'll quit :)

Steps:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- 2. Take your chicken breasts, season with salt & pepper throw it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes depending on the size After it bakes take out of the oven and allow it to cool
- 3. Drizzle your pizza pan with olive oil and salt and pepper (no I am not crazy, just try it this just adds another level of flavor to a rather boring type pizza crust)
- 4. Take your crust out of the container only spread it out just a little bit do not stretch the crust to fit the pan. You won't get a fluffy crust if you stretch it out to fit the pan!
- 5. Drizzle the crust with olive oil salt & pepper and sprinkle your grated garlic clove onto the crust
- 6. Put the crust in the oven and let it bake for about 5 minutes
- 7. Take the crust out of the oven, let it cool for about 10 minutes
- 8. After your pizza crust has cooled dump on your BBQ sauce, and spread it evenly around the crust Spr
- 9. Sprinkle on a mixture of the cheeses ( a small amount not all of it!)
- 10. Cut the chicken into cubes and take the whole cup and sprinkle onto the crust
- 11. The put break up your thin onion slices and place them on your pizza crust along with the slices of the jalapeno.
- 12. Sprinkle on the rest of your chosen toppings and the rest of your cheese.
- 13. Place it back in the oven until the cheese is melted the crust is golden brown
- 14. This pizza makes 4 servings and each serving is under 400 calories :) Enjoy
