Steps:
- wash the flowers and dry them (there shouldn't be any water left on them) prepare the batter: - mix the oil in the flour - mix the pinch of salt in the flour - pour the larger in - mix everything together - cover with a cloth for rest for 30 minutes - whisk the egg white with a pinch of salt 'till stiff - fold it gently in the batter with a spoon - warm up the oil - dip the flowers in the batter for few seconds - remove the excess batter and put them in the pan to fry.. don't let them burn and enjoy them ;) BUON APPETTITO ;)
