Basque Salad Dressing Recipe - (5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 or 2 Eggs, Hard Boiled & Chopped Fine
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
1/4 Cups Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cups Mayo
1/4 Cups Cider Vinegar
Salt And Pepper, To Taste

Steps:

  • Combine eggs, mayonnaise and garlic in a 1 1/2 quart bowl. Mix in oil and then vinegar. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
