Steps:
- Boil garlic for 10 minutes, transfer to plate, and cool. Peel and mash. Add basil to water and blanch for 10 seconds. Drain well, pat dry, and mince. Cream butter. Add garlic, basil, mustard, lemon rind, pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover tightly and let stand in cool place for 1 hour or overnight.
