Steps:
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Mix barbecue sauce, mayo and pepper in small bowl. Add 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce mixture to meat; mix lightly. Shape into 4 (3/4-inch-thick) patties.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 to 8 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Add arugula; cover. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until wilted. Keep warm.
- Grill patties 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (160�F). Top with 2% Milk Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
- Fill buns with burgers, remaining barbecue sauce mixture and onion mixture.
