I found this recipe years ago, I tried it and it was absolutely delicious, this is a very easy and impressive meal, I serve this with Jasmine Rice

Steps:
- in a bowl mix together the wet ingredients, add the bok choy to the bottom of the crock pot, add sliced bell pepper, salt and pepper chicken breast put on top of the veggies pour the liquid over all top with the lid and set and cook on low 4-6 hours
