3 eggs
175 g evaporated milk
325 g condensed milk
1 cup rum
1 piece oranges or 1 piece lime rind
1 teaspoon bitters

Steps:

  • Beat eggs well with the rind.
  • Remove rind.
  • Add milk. Stir well.
  • Add rum and bitters and mix thoroughly.
  • Bottle.
  • Chill and shake well before serving.
