Steps:
- Salt and pepper the steaks. Dredge in the flour. Brown in 2 tbsp. of oil in a large skillet. Place in a large baking dish (doesn't hurt to overlap). Drizzle with your favorite BBQ sauce. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
