Steps:
- Combine dry ingredients in bowl to mix. Cream butter with sugar, beat in eggs until well combined. Mix in sour cream and bananas, stir well. Fold in dry ingredients just until mixed, and stir in 1/2 c. toffee bits. Fill greased or lined muffin tins 1/4 full, making indent in center with back of spoon. Drop in a dollop (about 1/2 tsp) of caramel dip, and carefully cover with remaining batter, spreading to cover filling completely. Top each muffin with a sprinkle of remaining toffee bits. Bake at 400 20 - 25 minutes till golden brown.
