Banana "oatmeal" cookies 1/2 cup unsalted softened butter 1/3 cup brown erythritol 2 large eggs 1 tsp banana extract or flavoring 1 serving Banana Keto Chow 1/3

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 cup unsalted softened butter
1/3 cup brown erythritol
2 large eggs
1 tsp banana extract or flavoring
1 serving Banana Keto Chow
1/3 cup fine almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (chopped smaller like oatmeal)
1/2 cup Sugar free chocolate chips (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350° and grease cookie sheet
  • With the mixer on low speed, cream the butter. Add the sweetener, extract and the eggs one at a time and mix well.
  • Add Keto Chow, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mix well.
  • Add chopped coconut flakes and mix again.
  • Add chocolate chips if desired.
  • Scoop an inch apart onto a greased cookie sheet and bake on 350° for 15 minutes.
