Banana Muffins image

These muffins are so good, I gave one to someone who hated banana's... after that they loved bananas. I actually made up this recipe, but they are very tasty.

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 bananas
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl with a fork. Then add the flour, sugar, milk, brown sugar and baking powder. Mix with beaters until it is not very lumpy.
  • Place in muffin tray and bake until tops are browned.
