Banana & Cinnamon-Swirl Bread image

2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
2 eggs
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1-1/2 cups mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3 large)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, salt, 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon in large bowl. Whisk eggs, dressing, bananas and vanilla until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are evenly moistened.
  • Pour half the batter into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Combine remaining granulated sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter in pan. Cover with remaining batter.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
  • Mix powdered sugar and milk until blended; drizzle over bread.
