  • Cream the margarine and sugar until they are light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the eggs and bananas.
  • Add the flour and baking powder.
  • Add the milk and bicarbonate of soda. Stir well.
  • Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 45 minutes at 180C
