Banana Butter Pecan Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting image

Really quick and easy to make and so moist.

Number Of Ingredients 12

CAKE
1/2 cup(s) real mayonaise
1 cup(s) vanilla almond milk
3 - eggs
1 - betty crocker butter pecan cake mix
2 - bananas, mashed
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1 package(s) 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick(s) real butter, softened
3 1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1/2 cup(s) toasted pecan pieces

Steps:

  • Mix mayo, milk and eggs together till smooth.
  • Stir in cake mix and bananas. Turn mixer to medium speed and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool completely. Top with frosting and toasted pecans.
  • FROSTING: mix butter and cream cheese together till smooth. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix till fluffy.
