Banana Bread from Disney's Animal Kingdom image

Just one word "AWESOME"

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup(s) butter (not margarine)
1 1/4 cup(s) sugar
2 - eggs
2 1/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
3 - bananas, mashed
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1/2 cup(s) buttermilk

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl,cream butter, sugar and eggs till fluffy.
  • Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  • Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add bananas, vanilla extract and buttermilk, mix well.
  • Grease or spray with Pam, 4 mini muffin tins. Bake at 340F for 47 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
