Banana Bread Dump Cake image

An easy to make, full of banana flavor dump cake.

4 medium size firm bananas
1 bag(s) (12. ounce) white chocolate chips
1 can(s) (5 ounce) evaporated milk
1 box (14 ounce) banana quick bread mix
1 c butter, melted
1 c chopped nuts
1 c shredded coconut (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Slice bananas into coin sized pieces. Layer evenly on bottom of 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
  • 2. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over bananas. Pour evaporated milk over white. chocolate chips Sprinkle banana bread quick bread mix over everything.
  • 3. Drizzle with melted butter. Add nuts and coconut.
  • 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until brown.
