Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Grease loaf pans (I use cooking spray) and then lightly dust the interior with cinnamon sugar.
- 3. With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, beating well.
- 4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Blend well.
- 5. Add bananas, sour cream, and vanilla.
- 6. Fold in pecans.
- 7. Pour mixture into the prepared pans.
- 8. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a cake tester comes out clean.
