Steps:
- Place beans in the crock pot and add water, per instructions on bag (mine said 6 cups). Add about 6 ounces of spinach, chopped onion, and Conecuh sausage cut into 1/2 inch slices or chunks. Add seasonings. I also add a very small dash of dill, just to bring out the flavor of the spinach. Cook 6-8 hours until the beans are tender.
