BALSAMIC - SHALLOT SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 - T Olive oil
3 large shallots, thinly sliced
1/3 C - chicken broth
1/3 C - Balsamic vinegar
2T - butter
1/2 tsp Na 1/4 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oil in skillet. Add shallots and cook until tender about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and vinegar. Increase heat to med. Simmer 3 - 4 minutes. Add butter, Na, pepper.
