Found this recipe in a American Profile insert in our newspaper. It was a big hit at a party my sister had. I'm not generally a fan of mayonaise based salads but, this has to be my new favorite. Great flavor and definitely tastes better made a day before. Just add a little more mayo before serving if you feel it's a little dry....

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients for marinade and combine with chicken. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- 2. Grill chicken and chop into bite size pieces.
- 3. Combine ingredients for salad and dressing. Pour over grilled chopped chicken and mix well. Serve on kieser rolls.
- 4. Can be made a day ahead. Before serving if it seems a little dry add a bit more mayo.
