BAKED WALLEYE FISH image

Yield 2-6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lbs. walleye fillet
1 C. celery, chopped
1 C. mushrooms, chopped, fried
1 T. butter
1/2 C. dry white wine
salt and pepper
1/2 C. Crispy bread crumbs, Panko Italian
6 T. butter, melted

Steps:

  • Fry celery and mushrooms in 1 T. butter. Spread in bottom of shallow pan. Place fish on vegetables. Pour wine on top and let sit for 20 min. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle on bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 425 degrees fpr 20 min. Baste twilce.
