Baked Spaghetti Casserole image

If you've got leftover ground beef and pasta on hand, here's a quick and easy, cheesy (and noodle-y) casserole you can add to your menu rotation.

1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce, divided
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, brown meat in skillet; drain.
  • Drain spaghetti; return to saucepan. Add meat, 1-1/2 cups pasta sauce, VELVEETA and garlic powder; mix lightly. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or heated through. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, heat remaining pasta sauce.
  • Serve sauce spooned over spaghetti.
