Baked Seasoned Salmon image

This is a nice, tasty, easy , quick way to prepare salmon. I used fillets and they came out perfect. This is from the American Profile Hometown Cookbook.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb salmon fillets or 1 lb salmon steak, thawed if frozen
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
paprika
chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Arrange fish in single layer in a shallow baking dish.
  • Combine the vinegar, Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt, mustard, pepper and butter.
  • Pour half of the sauce over the fish.
  • Bake for 20 min., basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
