Steps:
- Place salmon in a shallow, greased baking dish. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish. Combine softened cream cheese with salt and pepper in small bowl. Chop tomatoes, mushrooms, chives and parsley, add to cream cheese mixture. Bake uncovered, in a 400 degree oven until fish flakes easily, about 12 to 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh chives and lemon wedges, if desired.
