You don't have to be limited to what is listed. - Bake the potatoes; cool slightly; peel.
- Dice into a bowl.
- Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream together; set aside.
- Fry the bacon and crumble.

- Toss gently.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
