BAKED POTATO DIP (CO-WORKER'S RECIPE) image

32 ounces (2 containers) sour cream
3 ounces (1 can) bacon bits
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • In a medium size mixing bowl, combine sour cream, bacon, Cheddar cheese and green onions; stir well.
  • Refrigerate, or serve immediately.
