BAKED OATMEAL (FOR A CROWD) image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 cups oatmeal
4 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup veg oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup raisans or apples (opt.)

Steps:

  • Pour boiling water over oatmeal and let sit for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 veg oil, 2 eggs and the rest of the ingredients. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
