I first recieved this recipe from a friend down in Florida who would always take it to church functions. Everyone, including my children, would rave about it. I have changed it slightly to lower some of the fat. This would be a great recipe to sneak vegetables into, like chopped cauliflower.

Steps:
- 1. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese & egg(s) along with salt & pepper to taste.
- 2. Add all but 1 cup of cheese & cooked macaroni to mixture.
- 3. Add the optional milk.
- 4. Place into greased casserole dish.
- 5. Sprinkle on the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
- 6. Bake at 350' until golden.
