I HAD LEFTOVER BAKED POTATOES FROM PREVIOUS NITES DINNER. SOOOOO I USED THEM FOR STEAK FRIES N USED SOME SEASONN WE LIKE.....THIS IS HOW MY DELICIOUS MEXICAN BAKD FRIED STEAK FRIES WER BORN ;) NEXT TIME I WILL MELT CHEDDAR/MONT JACK CHEESE ...& CHOPPD CHILIS....DID I HEAR SOUP DIPPERS?....OOOOOO BABY !!

3 medium bakd potatoes, cut in half lengthwise n then cut again
1/8 c vegetable oil
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powdr
1 1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. IN A LARGE PAN HEAT VEGETABLE OIL
  • 2. SPRINKLE CHILI POWDR N CUMIN ONTO BAKD POTATO WEDGES....THEN CAREFULLY PLACE ON CUT SIDE IN HOT OIL N COOK FOR 3 MIN. OR UNTIL BROWND.
  • 3. TURN POTATOES TO OTHER CUT SIDE N COOK FOR ADDTL 3 MIN. OR UNTIL BROWND. REMOVE WITH SLOTTD SPOON TO PLATE N SPRINKLE WITH SALT....THEN ENJOY ;)
