BAKED CHICKEN WITH A TWIST image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1.5 lbs Chicken breasts with bone
3 slices bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
8 oz Rotini pasta
2-3 oz sliced dried beef, rinsed and shredded

Steps:

  • Place shredded beef into 9x9 baking dish then arrange chicken breasts, skin side up. Cut bacon into 2 inch pieces and lay over chicken. Bake, uncovered, @ 350 degrees F for 45 min. Drain drippings if desired. Blend soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Continue baking for 30 more min, or until chicken is tender. While chicken cooks, cook pasta as directed and drain. Transfer chicken pieces to a serving dish. Mix pasta with mushroom sauce and arrange on dish with chicken.
