My father used to make this once and a while and I used to beg him to make it more often, it's that good!

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp dijon mustard
3 tsp chopped thyme
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
3 slice deli-style ham
3 slice swiss cheese
1 c panko crumbs
1/4 tsp paprika

Steps:

  • 1. heat oven to 375, spray a roasting pan w/ cooking spray. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4"-thick. Spread each breast w/ mustard. Sprinkle w/ thyme, salt & pepper. Layer each breast w/ ham and cheese slices. Roll up each breast, secure w/ toothpicks. In bowl, pour panko crumbs, roll each chicken breast in panko crumbs. Sprinkle each breast w/ paprika. Place chicken, seam-side down in pan. Bake, uncovered for 30 min. Remove toothpicks and serve.
