Steps:
- Marinate chicken for 2hrs to overnight: garlic, turmeric, cumin, 2 tbsp garam masala (not all), chili powder, 2 sprigs curry (not all), lemon juice and salt.
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Line baking tray with parchment paper
- Add egg, oil, and cornflour to chicken (remove from marinade?)
- Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through. Place under grill for 5 more minutes (?)
- Heat oil in pan over medium-high. Splutter mustard seeds. Fry curry leaves. Add yogurt, tomato sauce, and garam masala. Saute for 2-3.
- Stir in chicken.
